AJFC Merch Order and Collection FAQs

  • We do not offer returns on items due to change of mind but read our AJFC Return Policy for any concerns.

    We offer exchanges for same products in a different sizing as long as product is in as-new condition. Visit the AJFC Club Shed at Campbell Park for organised exchanges.

  • Yes. We offer delivery Australia wide. Orders may take 2-3 business days to dispatch. By default, all orders will be made for delivery and collection for the AJFC Club Shed at Campbell Park.

  • When you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready to be picked up. Have your order number and name ready for collection at the AJFC Club Shed.

  • Collections times will vary depending on the week but should generally be available during training and game hours once you have been advised your order is ready. Drop-off of completed orders is expected to take place once-per-week.

    Sat, Sun: 9am - 12pm
