All purchase orders placed with MadeGood (Seller) by the Customer (Buyer) for the purchase of goods and services (Goods), now and in the future, are bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated periodically to ensure transparency and alignment with best practices here are a few key points to keep in mind:

 

At MadeGood, we aim to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience.

  • Personal Information: We may share your personal information with third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an order before delivery, for any reason, even if previously accepted. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit.

  • Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products involved in the claim. We are not liable for any consequential losses.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or injuries caused by events outside of our reasonable control, or by your actions or omissions.

  • Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.

1. Placing Orders and Communication

We require all purchase orders for goods to be submitted in writing, preferably via email. This ensures clear communication and accurate documentation of your requirements.

 

2. Artwork Requirements

If your order involves custom branding, you’ll need to provide the required artwork in the specified format. Detailed guidelines are available in our Artwork Requirements section. Following these guidelines ensures the best results for your custom merchandise.

 

3. Reviewing and Approving Artwork

We’ll provide you with an artwork mockup for approval before production begins. Please review this carefully, as your approval confirms your satisfaction with the design and details provided.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

Before placing an order, we ask that you acknowledge the following:

  • Availability and Variations: Products on our website may become unavailable, go out of stock, or be discontinued. Minor variations in batches may also occur.

  • PMS Colour Matching: We strive to match PMS colours as closely as possible, but variations can occur due to material or surface differences.

  • Quantity Variations: Orders may be supplied with a variation of up to ±5% of the quantity ordered. Final payments will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Rush Orders: Expedited processing outside standard timelines may incur additional fees.

  • Use of Provided Artwork and Data: By submitting your artwork or files to MadeGood, you authorise us to use them for production purposes.

 

5. Payment Terms

Unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing, full payment is required before production begins.

 

6. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of MadeGood until payment has been received in full.

 

7. Late Payments and Debt Collection

For overdue invoices, we reserve the right to apply late fees. In cases of non-payment, the debt may be referred to a collection agency, and you will be responsible for any associated costs, including legal fees.

 

8. Payment Methods and Merchant Fees

If paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), a non-refundable merchant fee of 1.75% applies. Direct bank transfers are available as an alternative.

 

9. Freight and Handling

Freight and handling charges apply to all orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

10. Order Cancellations and Amendments

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled without compensating MadeGood for work already performed. For indent orders, cancellations made after 48 hours may incur additional charges.

  • Amendments: Changes to orders are subject to approval and may incur extra costs for any additional work or adjustments required.

 

11. Returns and Defects

If you find defects or issues with your order, please inspect the goods within seven days of delivery and contact us in writing.

  • Return Process: Returns must be made within a reasonable time at your expense, and items should be in their original condition.

  • Inspection: Once returned, we’ll inspect the goods to verify your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

12. Liability and Limitations

MadeGood is not liable for losses or delays caused by factors outside our control, such as shipping delays, equipment breakdowns, or natural disasters.

 

13. Exclusion of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. If applicable, we’ll pass on any manufacturer warranties to you.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

MadeGood will not be held responsible for any direct or consequential loss arising from the supply of goods or services, except as required by law.
