We take pride in creating custom merchandise that meets your expectations and reflects the quality of your brand. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve designed our returns and refunds policy to help resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds:
1. When Returns, Replacements, or Refunds Are Possible
We want you to be delighted with your order! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1.1. Received the Wrong Items
If the items you receive are not what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. Reach out to your sales representative, and we’ll assess the best way to return the incorrect items. We’ll make sure you receive the correct products quickly and hassle-free.
1.2. Found a Defect or Fault
If your order arrives with defects or faults, we’ll either replace the items (subject to availability) or issue you a refund. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll make it right!
1.3. Damaged During Delivery
If your items are damaged in transit, don’t worry—we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. Contact our sales team right away, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to ensure you’re taken care of.
1.4. Missing Items
If your order is missing some items, let us know within two weeks of receiving it. We’ll send the missing products or arrange for a refund of the shortfall.
1.5. Adding to your order
Depending on the stage of production, we are able to add on to your order. Otherwise, we will create a different order for you!.
2. Situations Where Returns Can’t Be Accepted
While we strive to accommodate your needs, there are a few circumstances where we can’t process returns:
2.1. Delivery Delays
We always aim to deliver your order on time, but sometimes delays can happen due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for delivery delays. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend discussing your timeline with us when placing your order so we can explore alternative delivery options.
2.2. Change of Mind
Once production begins on your custom merchandise, it’s not possible to reverse the process. We encourage you to review your order details and artwork proofs carefully before giving final approval. This helps ensure everything is just as you envisioned! Due to our fast order processing, it is not possible to change or cancel an order after it has been confirmed. Please check your order before sending it.
2.3. Improper Use of Products
If products are damaged due to misuse or unintended purposes, we won’t be able to accept returns. If you’re unsure about how to use a product or need advice on its suitability, feel free to ask us before placing your order—we’re happy to help!
